Choose your items from our online catalogue and add them to your cart. After confirming your order, go to checkout to complete the purchase with a convenient online payment.
How long does delivery take?
All shipments are made by express courier with expected delivery within 24/48 h.
Is there a minimum spending requirement to use the service?
The minimum spending requirement is €0.00 unless otherwise indicated by specific products, such as a minimum number of bottles per order.

How do I use my right of withdrawal?
Editrice L'immagine Srl recognises the right of withdrawal as provided by current legislation for all NON-FOOD and NON-PERSONALISED products. This right must be exercised within 10 days of purchase as required by law. The customer is required to send written communication within this time limit, by registered mail, addressed to: Editrice L'immagine Srl Via Antichi Pastifici 13, Molfetta (Ba) - 70056 Att.ne Resp. Website E-commerce. The letter must indicate the bank details (name of the bank, name of the branch, ABI code, CAB code, current account number) where the customer wishes to receive the credit equal to the sum incurred from the purchase of the returned goods, excluding any transportation costs or delivery options. In addition to the registered letter, the customer is also required to send the relevant goods by courier, with adequate packaging to guarantee the integrity of the goods during transport.
The packaging must be INTACT and sent within 3 days of receipt of the purchased goods to the following address: Editrice L'immagine Srl Via Antichi Pastifici 13, Molfetta (Ba) - 70056. Within 20 days of receipt of the registered letter and returned goods, Editrice L'immagine Srl will make a credit transfer for the exact amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the ordered goods (excluding any shipping costs) to the bank details specified and communicated by the customer.
If I can’t place my order online, how else can I make a purchase?
If you want to place an order but can’t due to connection or server problems, you can still make your order by contacting customer service at (+39) 02.50020947, or sending an email to info@pugliautentica.it indicating the items you wish to buy (code, quantity, preferred form of payment, delivery address, telephone number), we will then process the order with a confirmation by email or telephone.
Are the items on the site also available in your physical shops? Are the prices different?
Most of the products online can also be purchased at our physical shop. The prices listed online are usually the same as those found in the physical shop.
What happens if I am not available when the courier arrives?
If the courier in charge of delivering the goods doesn’t find anyone at the specified address, they will leave a notice of non-delivery and make another delivery attempt the following day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be stored at their local branch. You can ask for a new delivery by contacting the indicated branch at the telephone number provided on the notice left by the courier. STORAGE COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER AND MUST BE PAID TO THE COURIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
